When you opt in, you may receive recurring SMS text messages from RFR Capital related to your loan application and account, including:
You consent to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our application or contact forms, or by otherwise providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages. Consent is not a condition of any application, approval, or purchase.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us and the status of your application or account.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging or data plan.
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send the opt-out message, we will send a one-time confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. The Program is available only to recipients with U.S. mobile numbers.
We respect your privacy. The mobile information and consent you provide for the purpose of receiving SMS messages will not be shared with or sold to any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
